By accessing our website, social media pages, booking appointments, or receiving treatments from our dermatologists, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

These terms are designed to ensure transparency, patient safety, and ethical medical practices.

1. Medical Service Disclaimer

All consultations and treatments are performed by FCPS-qualified dermatologists.
Results vary from person to person depending on skin type, age, condition, and lifestyle.
Some procedures require multiple sessions to achieve visible and long-lasting results.
No treatment is “instant permanent” unless medically stated.
We do not guarantee 100% results, as medical outcomes depend on biological response.

2. Appointment Booking & Scheduling

Appointments can be booked via call, WhatsApp, Instagram, or website form.
If you are unable to attend, please inform at least 6–12 hours in advance.
Late cancellations may affect prioritization of future bookings.

3. Payments & Fees

Treatment fees are based on type of procedure, number of sessions, and product usage.
Once a treatment or session is completed, fees are non-refundable.
For prepaid packages:
- Remaining unused sessions may be adjusted with another treatment (clinic policy applies).
- Cash refunds are not offered on prepaid packages.

4. Patient Photos & Medical Records

Before/After photos are taken only for progress tracking.
Photos are never posted or shared without your written or verbal consent.
All medical records are kept confidential and secure.

5. Patient Responsibilities

By receiving services, you agree to:

Provide correct medical history (no hidden allergies or medications)
Follow pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions carefully
Understand that missing follow-up appointments may affect treatment outcome

6. Clinic Environment & Conduct

We provide a respectful, private, and professional atmosphere.
Separate rooms are available for male and female patients.
Any form of misconduct, disrespect, harassment, or misuse of clinic property is strictly prohibited.

7. Website Content & Copyright

All content, logos, images, text, videos, and branding belong to Skin Clinic Faisalabad.
Copying, duplicating, or using our content without permission is not allowed.

8. Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms without prior notice.
Updates will be posted on this page with the new revision date.
